The stay was very nice, as the hotel is exceptionally comfortable with modern rooms and the staff is very helpful and accommodating to all guests' needs.

The room and bathroom are modern and the staff is friendly, plus the location is fantastic, right next to restaurants, the lake, and the beautiful lakeside promenade.

Fantastic location, balcony had view right down the length of Lake Garda.

Have the telephone number handy as the reception closes early and you may need to call to get someone to bring you a key. However, they came promptly and it was no issue so long as you had the number on you.

The location was perfect. Our apartment was spacious enough for 4 adults & simple enough to fold away extra beds during the day. The balcony was large & while we had a mountain view, it was still spectacular. The kitchen was very basic, so not sure cooking a meal would be easy, however breakfast & lunches were no issue. Having access to a free laundry is such a bonus when traveling too. It was quiet evn though there were school groups staying also. The staff were so helpful and very friendly, this made staying here fantastic as well. In site free bike access was also fantastic to cycle along the lake & into town. Did not visit the restaurant downstairs until the last day, but it was as good as many others in Riva. Overall excellent value for money & terrific location.

Perhaps some more kitchen equipment would be useful, a chopping board, sharp knife or such. Our room did not have a kettle so this would be nice to have. We stayed during a heat wave & asked for 2 fans, this was enough to provide relief

Very friendly and helpfull staff and the ability to park our car under the building. You stay near the lake and only a 15 minutes walk from the old city center.

The equipment of the appartment is quite basic. We didn't feel like cooking in the appartment because the kitchen wasn't clean. It's like these french appartments, where you first have to do all the dishes and clean the kitchen, before you can actually use it.

I had a really nice stay for 3 nights at Residence Centro Vela. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, the city center, the beach, bars, and shops. - the staff were excellent and friendly throughout my stay. - the location right on the waterfront was particularly good and amazing. - It's only about a 15-minute walk from Spiaggia dei Sabbioni.
